Delivery Times

Delivery time frames are in addition to order processing times. Orders are shipped from Orange County, California. Orders will be delivered between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure that someone is available at the shipping address to accept the delivery during this time.

Choice of Courier

USA - All packages are delivered with USPS.

International - Unfortunately, we are not able to ship outside of the US at this time.

Tracking Your Package

Once your package has been shipped from the warehouse, you will be sent an email confirmation with tracking information.

Order Not Delivered

In the event that your order is not delivered, missing or lost, please reach out to our customer care team via email at hello@offblk.com. If the package is declared lost by the shipping provider, we can issue you a replacement, store credit or refund.

If your order is stated as delivered on the tracking information but the parcel is unable to be located, customers must reach out to our customer care team via email at hello@offblk.com within 5 days of the delivery date stated on the tracking.

USPS does not accept claims for stolen packages, so orders delivered to the correct location with proof of delivery are not eligible for reimbursement.
